REPORT A NEAR MISS

At Fish Safe Nova Scotia, we want to make sure near misses are being proactively reported for us to facilitate quick action to our members that will help prevent reoccurrence, analyze trends, uncover high risk areas, and capture reliable data. We want all our members to view a near miss as both learning and improvement opportunities. Near miss reporting can help when it comes to identifying negative trends and safeguarding employees. This, in turn, can help reduce workplace accidents overall and increase safety culture!
